Sunnyside

We are situated on the south side of Scarborough at Ramshill. Minutes from a variety of shops, post office, chemist, food takeaways and cafes. There is a bus stop within 100 yards and the railway and coach station are a ten minute walk/2 minute taxi ride. A 10 minute walk gets you to the bustling town centre and in 5 minutes you can get to the picturesque South Bay. The South Cliff Lift (tramway) is close by which gives direct access to the famous Spa Complex and beach Nearby is Olivers Mount Country Park and Mere. Woodland Walks, fishing lake and holds the famous motorbike road races. We will accept one well behaved dog, by prior arrangement. There are plenty of walks nearby. As mentioned Olivers Mount, Falsgrave Park, woodland walks, coastal paths, Scarborough Castle etc. Being ground floor makes having disabilities, prams or bikes very easy (there is one small step at the front door and 2 inside the flat to reach the bathroom and 2nd bedroom.) There is a small private fully enclosed sunny gravelled garden area with bbq and seating. We have everything in the flat to ensure an easy and enjoyable stay, from docking stations and PS2 to hairdryer, iron, towels and linen.
