Sunnyside Flat 1 is situated on the south side of Scarborough at Ramshill. Situated close to a variety of shops, post office, chemist, food takeaways and cafes. There is a bus stop within 100 yards and the railway and coach station are a ten minute walk. Conveniently situated for the bustling town centre and the picturesque South Bay. The South Cliff Lift (tramway) is close by which gives direct access to the famous Spa Complex and the South sands. Nearby is Olivers Mount Country Park and Mere. Woodland Walks, fishing lake and holds the famous motorbike road races. We will accept one well behaved dog, by prior arrangement. There are plenty of walks nearby. As mentioned Olivers Mount, Falsgrave Park, woodland walks, coastal paths, Scarborough Castle etc. Sunnyside has the benefit of parking for one car, along the Royal Crescent. Has its own garden and patio areas, which enjoys sunshine from morning to evening. ***bookings for 2013 cannot be taken until April 2013***
