The Boathouse is a lovely open-plan home designed for entertaining, outdoor activities and hassle-free relaxing living. The large new deck with 8-seater outdoor setting is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, getting ready for a late afternoon ski, watching the fish jumping, ospreys diving for their dinner or deer spotting on the mountains opposite. The Boathouse is set in beautiful manicured gardens, perfect for picnicking, relaxing with a book, kicking a ball around, or casting a line for salmon or trout. The Boathouse features a large open-plan living/dining area, with stunning retracting doors opening onto a fabulous Lochside deck, In the winter the large cosy sofa and wood-burning stove makes for the perfect romantic evening. The newly refurbished kitchen with all new appliances is great for cooking up a lovely evening meal. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with its own private sitting area in front of the huge picture window looking out to the loch and Edinample Castle and Estate.

Kitchen
The Boathouse has a newly refurbished kitchen with wooden work surfaces, American fridge-freezer, double-door cooker with gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher (all new). You can see the loch and mountains from the kitchen as well as talk with family and guests in the adjoining lounge/dining area.
Living Room
The open-plan living room has a wood-burning stove, large cosy corner sofa, and dining area. The wall-length wooden doors fold open to the large deck to create a huge inside/outside area great for entertaining or relaxing to watch activities on the water. A large television with DVD and CD player is ideal for evenings in.
Other Rooms
Fully-secure outdoor shed for bike/ sporting equipment storage. Upstairs patio for private, quiet times and catching the morning sun.
