Mill Cottage is a traditional Lewis croft house recently renovated for comfortable and relaxing holidays. The large kitchen has everything you need for your stay including washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher and freezer. The sitting room has an open fire and wide selection of books, games, and DVDs. There are three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms and a study area. The cottage has wireless broadband and freeview digital TV. The back porch is ideal for storing wet weather and fishing gear etc. There is ample off-road parking. Bed linen and towels are provided. Mill Cottage is situated on a large working croft in the village of North Shawbost (Siabost bho tuath). Shawbost beach is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Within a 10 miles radius of the cottages are a number of the most popular visitor sites on the Isle of Lewis -- the Callanish Stones, the Norse Mill, The Carloway Broch (Fort) and the popular surfing beaches of Dalmore and Dalbeag. The beaches of Uig and Bernera are approximately 30 minutes drive from Shawbost.

Kitchen
Large Kitchen with farmhouse table which can sit up to 8 people. Integral fridge and dishwasher. Well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. Welcome pack includes tea/coffee/salt/pepper etc. Entered from back porch which is stock with starter pack of coal and logs. Coat and Boot Racks. Tumble dryer and Freezer.
Living Room
Open fire and comfortable seating. DVD library of family and children films. Books and board games. Large window with views over to Ben Bragar (Ben Mhor).
