It has its own private patio with wooden garden furniture and sun umbrella providing a perfect spot for you to enjoy al fresco meals. It is a two minute walk to our local shop and pub.

Hilton Farmhouse is set in 25 rural acres with spectacular views over the countryside to the sea. Nearby is the pretty little village of Marhamchurch with Pub/res. The Farmhouse is 400years old and maintains many original features but has the benefit of central heating but open fires in two rooms and typical Farmhouse Kitchen. There is a heated pool,hot-tub,tennis court and purpose built BBQ.

The Hayloft has been converted from a group of farm buildings with a shared courtyard. At the top of the slate steps there is your own small sitting out area with a view of the sea across farm land. Rosecare is very rural and peaceful. The nearest shop and pub is a mile away at Wainhouse Corner. There is dedicated undercover parking off the courtyard for guests.

Set in the heart of the village and just a 200 yard stroll from the pub it is an ideal base from which to explore the spectacular north Cornwall coast.

The superb sandy beaches of the north coast excellent coastal walks (1.5 miles) golf fishing and horse riding are all available nearby. Bude with its many shops and restaurants is just 9 miles.
