Gathman's Cottage is a listed building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features but with mod cons. It is surrounded by a fenced garden and is situated on the owner's mixed farm. Cows and calves graze right outside the cottage and the distant views are superb. Peace and tranquillity abound. Inside, ceilings are beamed, floors are original quarry tiles and the Rayburn cosy.

Katie’s Corner at Greetham Retreat is our largest cottage comprising of three bedrooms across two floors, sleeping up to six people. It is spacious and modern with quality oak floors and furniture. The generous sized lounge has three leather sofas and is large enough for the entire party to relax together with a glass of wine or to enjoy the wall-mounted flat screen television. The kitchen-diner is well appointed with integrated appliances and common accessories including a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The kitchen is also stocked with high quality utensils and crockery. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and an en suite shower and toilet. There are two upstairs bedrooms; one has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other is comprised of two single beds (3ft) that can be converted into a super king sized bed (6ft) if preferred. The two bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom that has two doors and can be accessed from either bedroom. This bathroom features a bath, separate shower and toilet. This cottage can be booked together with our other cottages at Greetham Retreat for larger family gatherings. The location is ideal for those who want a restful getway. The area is great for walkers and those with an interest in wildlife and conservation. Market towns of Horncastle, Louth, Spilsby, Alford and Woodhal Spa are all nearby.
