This property was recently converted from a city centre hotel into various apartments. One enters through a carpeted reception which leads to a lift. This makes the property suitable to the less mobile and young. From the apartment windows you can watch city life go by. Its a very quiet building in the heart of a lovely market town, at the gate way to the highlands. Scone Palace on the outskirts of Perth with Scone race course in the grounds. Perth has many attractions with 2 golf courses located within a short walk from the apartment. There are 2 theatres one the new concert hall the other Perth Theatre, showing a large variety of show throughout the year. We have Art Galleries and Museums. A large variety of shops many of them run by independents.

Beautiful stone cottage originally a Salmon Bothy ( or workers house ) on the banks of the River Tay. The cottage has open views over the river and a large garden with wooden walkway to the waters edge. The cottage is very well appointed with spacious accommodation for 4. The bedrooms are downstairs with one twin room, the other has super king bed. Also located on the ground floor is the shower room and WC. Upstairs is a large lounge with wood burning stove, open plan kitchen and dining area. All with great views over the river. We are very pleased to accept a well behaved dog and or children. The nearest town Perth is only 6 miles away and offers a great range of shopping and entertainment facilities. Our local hotel in Glencarse is only 1 mile away and has a good bar and nice restaurant. Buchanan's Bothy is in a superb location right in the heart of Scotland with easy access to some of Scotland's best scenery. You can have a different adventure everyday whatever your pleasure. History- castles, palaces and abbey's galore, Golf - St Andrews, Carnoustie and Gleneagles, Scenery- Loch Tay, Rannoch and Tummel all on your doorstep, Disitilleries -Famous Grouse, Dewars and who could forget Edradour Scotland's smallest. This modern bungalow quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Scone on the A94 road to Coupar Angus, two miles north of the fair city of Perth. It is ideally placed for touring and sightseeing in rural Perthshire and Angus and coastal Fife. On a bus route, with a very frequent service into town, safe parking is available for two cars adjacent to the property in the driveway.

Rillbank is a delightful country cottage offering holiday accommodation for up to six people. Comfortably furnished, mixing old with new it is a perfect base for families or couples or groups of friends to explore Highland Perthshire. The cottage has plenty of space offering two public rooms and two bedrooms. Both public rooms have lovely open fires for those cooler evenings. The garden is a haven for birds and other wildlife. A barbecue is available for your enjoyment. Rillbank is situated on a national cycle route and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the garden that takes you to Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Aberfeldy or Perth City. Historic Dunkeld, with it's Cathedral and National Trust Houses is only a few miles away and the beautiful city of Perth is only ten miles south. For walkers and outdoor activities there is an abundance of choice, including the Hermitage at Dunkeld and Kinnoul Hill in Perth. With courses galore the area is great for golfers, the river Tay and local lochs offer varied angling opportunities and for watersports - white water rafting, canoeing etc Grandtully on the river Tay is only a short drive away. A Local leisure club offers access to a gym and swimming pool, however there are also swimming pools in Perth, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. Birdwatchers are spoilt for choice, we're only a few miles from the Loch of the Lowes, with it's famous Ospreys and Loch Leven Nature Reserve is a half hour away.
