Littlerest overlooks the large greensward that borders the sea front at Littlehampton. For a beach holiday it is excellent, but is also superbly located for touring the South Downs, the quiet villages and lively towns and cities of Sussex. The sea front has a well-kept promenade. The top part of the beach is stony, leading onto a sandy lower part (1 minute walk). The River Arun has a harbour atmosphere; boat trips and sea fishing trips are available (2 minutes walk). Littlehampton has a pedestrianised shopping area (5 minutes walk). There are tennis courts, bowling greens, pitch and putt, crazy golf, putting, a boating lake, children’s train ride and a leisure centre with a swimming pool. Golf is a short drive away. The accommodation comprises a living room with a three-piece suite, a dining table and chairs, TV and DVD. The south facing aspect affords great views of the sea and greensward. The large bedroom contains a double bed, there is a twin bed room and a room with and bunk beds. The kitchen has an oven with grill and hob, a fridge, a washing machine and a microwave.
