This beautifully renovated 3 bedroomed stone cottage at the heart of the hill top Dorset village of Kingston has a superb view of Corfe castle and the surrounding Isle of Purbeck countryside. The Jurassic Coast, a world heritage site, with its dramatic cliffs and remote beaches is a 20 minute walk from the doorstep. The popular beaches of Swanage and Studland are a 15 minute drive away.

The property is light and has been refurbished in parts. It is comprehensively equipped throughout. On the ground floor there is a spacious L-shaped open plan living/dining area and a separate fully fitted kitchen off from this area. The ground floor also benefits from a cloakroom with toilet, mirror and shaving point. To the rear of the property there is a small wall enclosed garden with some pretty plants and table & chairs for alfresco dining. Upstairs there are four rooms, one double and two twin/super king-size rooms and a further single room (with z-bed as an optional extra). All are of good size and are comfortably furnished including all necessary hanging, shelving and dressing facilities. There is a good sized family bathroom both with bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a single parking space to the front of the property. Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Travel cot (with linen) and high chair available on request. Sunrise Cottage is perfectly situated for a walking holiday and sight-seeing experience and within easy footpath access to the coastal path, Lulworth Cove, & Durdle Door. The cottage has been refurbished and is fresh and bright throughout. The view from the garden is wonderful and if you are up early enough the sun rise is magnificent.
